Culm Sheath Color : culm sheaths 50cm long (including imperfect blade), 35cm broad at the base, shining insides, backside rough, brown, glabrous or with scantly patches of dark brown appressed hairs, truncate at the top ;imperfect blade triangular, up to 22cm long, 12cm brode at the base , apex acute, both the surface with sparse brown black hairs, base decurrent in to rounded very small auricles; ligule 5mm broad,shining dentate
