Dinochloa gracilis (R.B Majumdar) Benn. & S.K. Jain ex D.N. Tewari


Culm Sheath Color : cylindrical, crustaceous and deciduous. Inflorescence large with globular clusters of spikelets on the nodes of the flexuous branches. Spikelets, 2-flowered, lower floret sterile and the upper hermaphrodite, but without extended rachilla.

Native to : Borail, North Cachar hills of Assam
